By accessing or using the Sancosmic platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sancosmic provides physics-validated energy and agriculture analysis tools via API and web dashboard. Access is provided on a subscription or pay-per-use basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must verify your email address to access the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, use the Service to process unlawful data, or share API keys with unauthorised parties. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
All physics models, analysis engines, and platform code are the proprietary intellectual property of Ksema Science and Tech Ltd. API outputs may be used in your own compliance submissions and reports. You may not resell or republish platform outputs as a standalone service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support@sancosmic.com.
The Service is provided "as is". Sancosmic is not liable for decisions made based on platform outputs. Physics-validated outputs are advisory — independent professional verification is recommended for regulatory submissions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
